    Inner layer: Food-grade pure titanium, with antibacterial and corrosion-resistant properties, ensuring healthier contact with food. Middle layer: Thickened aluminium core, providing rapid heat conduction and uniform heating across the entire surface, preventing localised burning and uneven heating. Base layer: Magnetic stainless steel composite base, compatible with gas hobs, induction hobs, ceramic hobs and portable gas stoves, making it suitable for a wide range of domestic cookers. Compared to single-layer pure titanium pans, heat conduction performance is significantly enhanced, allowing you to stir-fry over high heat without burning your hands, whilst slow-simmering over low heat locks in nutrients.

    Titanium has a much lower density than iron or stainless steel; this 32cm wok weighs only approximately 1.2kg, making it light and comfortable to hold. The deep design minimises oil splatter when stir-frying, whilst the traditional Chinese rounded shape is perfectly suited to open flames, locking in freshness during stir-frying. It is equally suited to pan-frying, braising, dry-pot cooking and light stir-frying.
